Membership Details
Membership Commitment & Payments
Membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment.
Monthly payments are auto-charged and non-refundable.
A one-time administrative fee applies upon enrollment.
Prices and benefits may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice.
Chrome Cash cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Chrome Cash Usage
Chrome Cash can be applied toward services and products only.
Funds expire 6 months after accrual if unused.
Cannot be used for gift cards, transferred, or redeemed after membership ends.
Scheduling & Service Policies
Appointments are required for all services and subject to provider availability.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is needed to avoid forfeiture of included services.
Repeated no-shows may result in a fee or membership suspension.
Benefit Limitations
Discounts apply only to full-priced services and retail items.
Complimentary facials or consultations do not roll over if unused.
Benefits end immediately if membership is canceled or terminated.
Cancellation & Freezing
Membership may be canceled after 6 months with 30 days’ written notice.
Early cancellation incurs a one-month fee or forfeits Chrome Cash.
Membership may be frozen once for up to 3 months with prior approval (no accrual during freeze).
Medical & Treatment Disclosures
All treatments require an initial consultation and medical clearance.
Results vary based on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and compliance.
Chrome Aesthetics is not liable for dissatisfaction with results or normal post-treatment reactions.
Members must disclose any changes in health or medication before treatment.
Privacy & Conduct
Client information is kept confidential per HIPAA standards.
Early cancellation incurs a one-month fee or forfeits Chrome Cash.
